What is Heat power?

Heat power is utilizing already existing heat sources and making it in to clean electricity. Heat power primarily comes from two sources: geothermal heat power, harnessing heat from the earth to make electricity, and industrial  heat power, utilizing waste heat to make electricity.

Why is Heat power needed?

Did you know that more than one billion people lack access to electricity in the world today. Energy demand is estimated to rise by   ~30% up until 2040. More than 75% of the electricity supply today comes from Coal, Oil&Gas and Nuclear. About 15% comes from Hydro power, 4% from Wind power and less than 2% comes from Solar power.

One of the largest explanatory variables for the rapid Climate Change is us humans burning fossil fuels.

In 2015, the UN together with more than 190 countries agreed and committed on the 17 sustainable development goals. #SDG7 is to "Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all".

We need to speed up the transition from fossil fuels to sustainable energy. We need a sustainable base-load that works regardless of if the wind is blowing or the sun is shining.  An energy source  that is space efficient, i.e. has high energy density and that doesn't emit green house gases.

Heat power is a sustainable energy base-load that has the potential to be the largest contributor and enabler in reaching #SDG7 and reverse Climate change. Let's use it
